2. Product Information
- All gold jewellery is BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) hallmarked as per the karat displayed — 18KT, 22KT, or 24KT.
- All diamond jewellery is accompanied by IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification.
- All silver products are marked with appropriate purity levels (925 Sterling or 999 Fine Silver).
- Product images are for representative purposes. Actual jewellery may vary slightly in finish, weight, or dimensions.
- Prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to change based on daily gold, silver, and diamond market rates.
3. Live Rate Disclaimer
The live gold and silver rates displayed on this website are set by our store administration daily based on current MCX (Multi Commodity Exchange) India rates. These are indicative rates only. The actual purchase price at the time of transaction may differ due to:
- Making charges (per gram or percentage based on the jewellery type)
- Wastage charges applicable to certain jewellery categories
- Applicable GST (currently 3% on gold and silver jewellery)
- Intra-day market fluctuations
4. Jewellery Schemes — Terms
We offer multiple jewellery savings and investment schemes. By enrolling in any scheme, you agree to the following:
- Suvarna Lakshmi Yojana (Gold Booking): Advance payment locks the gold rate at the date of deposit. The locked rate is valid only for the scheme period. Redemption must be done in jewellery within the specified period. Rate lock does not apply to making charges or GST.
- Monthly Savings Scheme: A fixed monthly instalment must be paid without default. Missing more than 2 consecutive instalments may forfeit the bonus contribution from PBM Jeweller's. Redemption is in the form of jewellery credit only.
- FD-Style Scheme (10.5% return): The effective return of 10.5% is offered as jewellery credit, not as cash. Returns are calculated on the invested amount and redeemable only at our store. The scheme has a fixed tenure; early exit may result in reduced returns.
- All scheme amounts are non-refundable in cash unless otherwise stated in writing. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at management's discretion.
- PBM Jeweller's reserves the right to modify scheme terms with 30 days' prior notice to enrolled members.
5. Purchases & Payments
- All jewellery purchases are subject to stock availability at the time of purchase.
- Payments are accepted via cash, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, and other modes as available at our store.
- Online enquiries via WhatsApp are for quotation purposes only. A formal invoice is issued at our store at the time of purchase.
- Advance bookings require a minimum deposit as specified at the time of booking.
6. Exchange & Buyback Policy
- We accept exchange of old gold, silver, and diamond jewellery at prevailing market rates on the day of exchange.
- The exchange value is determined after purity testing at our store (fire assay or XRF testing), done transparently in front of the customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchange of items that do not meet our quality or authenticity standards.
- Diamonds and gemstones from third-party jewellers are evaluated by our gemologist and valued at our discretion.
- Old jewellery from PBM Jeweller's (with original receipt) may qualify for preferential buyback rates.
7. Custom Orders
- Custom jewellery orders require a minimum advance of 50% of the estimated cost.
- Delivery timelines for custom orders are estimates and may vary based on design complexity and material availability.
- Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellation will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, logos, design elements, and jewellery photographs are the property of PBM Jeweller's and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
PBM Jeweller's shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use of this website, including inaccuracies in price or product information. Market rates displayed are indicative; we are not responsible for financial decisions made based on website rates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
